CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

You have 12 hours from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. During this period, we will make every effort to process your cancellation promptly and provide a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

After the 12-hour has passed, we are unable to cancel orders as they may already be in the processing or shipping stages. 

 

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:

We anticipate that the shipping time will fall within the range of 2-5 days. This estimate does not include the time required for product preparation and shipment, which typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Therefore, if your products have not arrived within a maximum of 15 days, we kindly request your patience for an additional period of up to 25 days. It's important to note that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, mail delays, and customs processes, may affect the delivery timeframe. However, if your products do not arrive after 25 days, we will promptly issue a 100% refund to you.

 

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

In the event that your product arrives damaged, we kindly request that you capture photos and videos of the damage and promptly send them to our customer support team at support@domisk.com. Once our support team verifies and confirms the case, you will be presented with two options: we can either send you a replacement product at no additional cost, or provide you with a 100% refund.


DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER AFTER USE :

You are entitled to report any issues with your product within 30 days of its arrival. If the product fails to function properly or is found to be defective within this timeframe, we will gladly provide you with a complimentary replacement or offer a full refund.

 

CHANGE OF OPINION :

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. To begin the return process, please reach out to us at support@domisk.com, and we will provide you with the necessary return address. It's important to note that we can only accept returns for unused products that are in their original packaging.


EXCHANGE:

If you desire to exchange your product, you have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate the exchange. Kindly note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. For assistance with the exchange process, please reach out to our support team at support@domisk.com. They will be glad to assist you.


WRONG PRODUCT:

If you received the wrong product, please report to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item for free or a complete refund.
